Keep the Information Flowing across all teams
As a startup grows, It always happens that everyone stops knowing what everything is going.
I see it’s a major loophole that needs to be fixed.
If Customer Support team gets to know about some issues which customer are facing there must be a channel that it gets immediately informed to the respective Product Team
Similarly if the Product is releasing somethings, it should be made aware to the Customer Support team and other Sale Staff
It’s not just about Product and CS. Almost everyone in the company has some learnings or knowledge via which the efficiency and performance of someone else can be improved and there should be a channel available to them to share their thoughts.
